nScrypt Tabletop-3Dn

Fuji Dimatix DMP 2831

The devices range in function, but all are intended to provide exceptional control, fine feature capability and high speeds. These devices do micro-dispensing, 3D printing, laser micro machining, sintering, curing or heating, pick and place, micro-milling, UV curing, mapping and vision.

It is possible to configure the system with multiple heads for a single tool with diverse capabilities or multiple heads for parallel dispensing or printing for high speed applications. All 3Dn Series follow SMEMA standards allowing these systems to be put in existing manufacturing lines.

The DMP-2831 allows the deposition of fluidic materials on an 8x11 inch or A4 substrate, utilizing a disposable piezo inkjet cartridge. This printer can create and define patterns over an area of about 200 x 300 mm and handle substrates up to 25 mm thick with an adjustable Z height. The temperature of the vacuum platen, which secures the substrate in place, can be adjusted up to 60°C. The DMP-2831 offers a variety of patterns using a pattern editor program. Additionally, a waveform editor and a drop-watch camera system allows manipulation of the electronic pulses to the piezo jetting device for optimization of the drop characteristics as it is ejected from the nozzle. This system enables easy printing of structures and samples for process verification and prototype creation.

Voxel 8

Ultimaker 3

Voxel8 has a 3D-printing materials library that spans a range of properties and performance specifications (mechanical, electrical, thermal, etc). In addition, our team works with development partners to hone material formulations tailored for specific industrial purposes or to integrate partners' materials into our platform. Engagements often begin by either providing a sample or defining specifications, which our materials team then formulates to be compatible with our 3D printing platform technology.

Combine build and water-soluble support materials to create complex mechanical parts and intricate surfaces or choose to print with two colors. Ultimaker 3’s unique auto nozzle-lifting system ensures a smooth, professional finish with every print.

Faster print core changes mean higher uptime and easier maintenance. Your Ultimaker 3 comes with print cores for build (AA) and support (BB) materials. There’s a customized nozzle geometry per material – ensuring lower clogging risks and a more reliable 3D printing experience.

Ultimaker 3 has a powerful, low-noise fan system. Featuring two new radial fans and fan shrouds, it creates greater pressure build-up for an improved airflow. This ensures better cooling, high quality bridging, faster print runs and smooth print surfaces.

Lulzbot Taz 6

BCN3D Sigma

Engineers, designers, educators, and makers agree: The LulzBot TAZ 6 is the most reliable, easiest-to-use desktop 3D printer ever, featuring innovative self-leveling and self-cleaning, and a modular tool head design for flexible and multi-material upgrades. With proven 3D printing technology and one of the largest print volumes in its class, the LulzBot TAZ 6 is ready to work.

3D printing is more reliable than ever with the integrated automatic bed leveling system, all metal LulzBot v2 Hot End, and heated PEI print surface. With the all metal hot end, you can take advantage of the cutting edge market for new materials. Perfect for both large and small objects, the heated PEI build surface keeps your 3D printed objects in place when hot and releases when cool. With Cura LulzBot Edition, you have hundreds of quickprint profiles built in for seamless 3D printing.

A new standard. The unique Independent Dual Extruder system allows to print 2 different materials or colours while ensures the finest surface finish. The idle toolhead remains parked, preventing the dripping of molten plastic onto the part.

Create functional parts by combining the properties of two different materials, like rigid and flexible filaments. Or make your designs more attractive by printing with two colours.

Avoid geometric limitations and print the most challenging parts thanks to soluble supports. Just immerse the model into water and watch the supports vanish.

A hotend suitable for each moment: print either the tiniest or the biggest model, use abrasive filaments to materialize your functional part or take the best profit of the IDEX system by combining different nozzle sizes.
