Key Dates and Guidelines

** Please note updated guidelines for the April 7th 2022 event**

We are excited for your participation in the 2022 Design Showcase! Please submit your boards and/or appropriate files per the instructions below for inclusion in the printed catalog and/or gallery exhibit. Files and boards received after the specified dates may not be included in the print catalog or exhibition. 

    Alumni Boards:

    • Catalog: A digital file for inclusion of your board in the catalog must be uploaded here by Friday, March11. 
    • Exhibit: Printed 40x40 exhibition boards must be in to the front office of Weston Hall by Thursday, March 31. Alumni who would like their boards printed and mounted on campus ($100 cost) can upload digital files through this form by Friday, March 11. 

    Student Boards:

    • Catalog: A digital file for inclusion of your board in the catalog must be uploaded by Friday, March 11 through the appropriate Undergrad Architecture, Grad Architecture, or A+D form.
    • Exhibit: Boards must be created in the DS 2022 template and delivered to the front office by Thursday, March 31 for inclusion in the gallery exhibit.
