Colloquium Speaker: Dr. Jeongwoo Lee
Research Professor, NJIT

Dr. Lee received his Ph.D from California Institute of Technology in 1994. He then worked in the University of Maryland, College Park as post-doctor. He joined New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1998 as Research Professor, and had worked until 2013 mainly on solar flares using the former OVSA data and Space Physics for the van Allen Probe. After 2013, he moved to foreign countries to hold several honorable positions like Designated Professor at Nagoya University in Japan,  International Scholar of the World Class University in Korea and of Shandong University in China. He rejoined NJIT in 2019 to work again as Research Professor in the ISWS.
