Otto H. York Center for Environmental Engineering and Science

Researchers from Chemistry, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science and Pharmaceutical Engineering have laboratories in the Center.  The core facilities comprise of state of the art instrumentation in microcopy, mass spectrometry, environmental measurements and material characterization. The Center also houses the National Science Foundation Engineering Research Center on Structured Particulates. The faculty research projects at the York Center are funded with grants from NSF, NIH, NASA, NIEHS, DOD, and leading industries.
